Management and delivery
Roles before titles.
Public profiles are used only when a role is active and the person has agreed to be identified. Delivery responsibility remains explicit on every assignment.
Methods & Quality Review
Challenges design, analysis, inference, documentation, privacy, disclosure and release readiness. Reviewer independence is matched to the assignment.
Associate Network
Subject experts, statisticians, qualitative researchers, evaluators, designers and field collaborators engaged through explicit roles and agreements.

Associates are selected for the question, not added as decorative names. Roles, conflicts, confidentiality, review and authorship are agreed before work begins.
