1. Measures built into the site
- semantic headings, landmarks and a skip link;
- keyboard-operable navigation, controls, forms and filters;
- visible focus indicators and descriptive links;
- responsive text and layouts from small mobile screens upward;
- colour contrast designed for light and dark themes;
- status labels that do not rely on colour alone;
- reduced animation when the device requests reduced motion;
- alt text and a separate image-credit record;
- essential navigation and content that remain available without JavaScript.
2. Conformance goal
The target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Automated checks and manual keyboard review reduce barriers but do not prove full conformance for every person or assistive-technology combination.
3. Known limitations
The public enquiry form uses JavaScript to prepare a draft email; the published email address provides a no-JavaScript alternative. External PDF files and third-party websites may have different accessibility quality. External photographs are delivered through third-party image hosts until local licensed copies are prepared.
4. Accessible documents
When Clarivo publishes a report, it should provide structured headings, meaningful link text, tagged tables, alt text, reading order and sufficient contrast. A plain HTML summary should accompany major PDFs where practical.
5. Feedback and response
Send accessibility feedback to contact@clarivoresearch.tech. Do not include confidential research data. Clarivo will acknowledge a clear accessibility report and prioritise barriers to essential content or enquiry routes.
